Return Period

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
